Agreement
By accessing or using BlackWings websites, products, and services (including Rauyu and Nedge), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use them on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Service
BlackWings is a software studio that designs and operates B2B and B2C products, including Rauyu and Nedge. Features, availability, and limits may change. We strive for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse our products, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use them in violation of applicable law.
Customer data
You retain ownership of the data you submit through our products. You grant BlackWings a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the services to you and your authorized users.
Fees and termination
Paid plans, if applicable, are billed according to your agreement. Either party may terminate access as described in your contract or account settings. Upon termination, we may delete or retain data as required by law or our retention policies.
Disclaimer and liability
The services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. BlackWings’s liability is limited to the amounts paid for the applicable service in the twelve months preceding a claim, except where prohibited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of contract, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
